
Some days are not about doing something extraordinary. Sometimes they’re just about getting ready, showing up, sitting down, and taking whatever comes next.
I found this old photo and it made me smile because I remember that feeling so well. A little nervous, a little curious, probably thinking about a hundred things at the same time. 😅
Now, after studying psychology, I understand myself a little better. I know that nervousness doesn't always mean we're afraid. Sometimes it simply means that something matters to us.
I still have moments when I overthink everything, of course. I don't think that part of me is disappearing anytime soon. 😂
But I'm learning to trust myself more.
Maybe growing up is partly that: realizing you don't need to feel completely ready before taking the next step.
