New farm parkrun

Right in the middle of Brisbane on the river is the second oldest parkrun in Australia after. It can get quite busy with over 400 runners and walkers each week but it is a great 5 kilometre course along the riverside board walk.

It was a slow run on heavy legs on this wet and steamy south east Queensland morning. I had over done it again during the week with my training but it is always good to add another run my collection.
