St. Matthew's Church" [EN/PT]

Near where I recently moved, there is a church that catches the eye with its architecture. On several occasions, I pass by it and am always amazed by its beauty, even though I am not Catholic; I admire the religious essence it conveys. I like the stonework on its façade and also the sculpture it has on its top. It's a very large and imposing church.

Yesterday, as I was passing by it, at that very moment, the moon was positioning itself just behind it. I stopped at that moment, admired the scenery, and took some photos. That moon gave a really cool ghostly feeling; I think it went well with the church. I also noticed a nativity scene at the far end of the church, something I hadn't seen before, and found it quite different. Unfortunately, it was a bit far away, and I couldn't take a clearer photo.

In my daily life, I didn't have the habit of taking photos much, but lately, this need to capture something has been happening, and I'm really enjoying it. This church, even though I've passed by it a few times in the past, I had never taken a single photo of it. Now I can say that it and this wonderful moon are captured by me!

Aqui perto de onde me mudei recentemente, tem uma igreja que chama a atenção pela sua arquitetura. Por algumas vezes, eu passo por ela e sempre fico admirado pela sua beleza, mesmo não sendo católico, admiro a essência religiosa que ela transmite. Eu gosto desse aspecto de pedra em sua fachada e também da escultura que ela possui em seu topo. É uma igreja muito grande e imponente.

Ontem, estava passando por ela e nesse exato momento a lua se posicionava logo ali atrás. Nesse momento, eu parei, admirei a paisagem e tirei algumas fotos. Essa lua deu uma sensação fantasmagórica bem legal; acho que combinou bem com a igreja. Também notei um presépio lá no final da igreja, algo que ainda não tinha visto e achei bem diferente. Uma pena que estava um pouco longe e não deu para tirar uma foto mais nítida.

No meu cotidiano, eu não tinha muito o hábito de tirar fotos, mas ultimamente essa necessidade de registrar algo vem acontecendo, e estou gostando bastante de fazer isso. Essa igreja, apesar de eu ter passado por ela algumas vezes no passado, eu nunca tinha tirado uma foto sequer dela. Agora posso dizer que ela e essa lua maravilhosa estão registrados por mim!
