Paldo Korean Restaurant

Paldo Restaurant is a casual fine dining Korean restaurant in Quezon City owned by Korean television host and actor Ryan Bang. "Paldo" translates to the "eight provinces" of Korea. The menu moves away from standard commercial samgyupsal to focus on traditional, regional, and royal-court-inspired Korean cuisine. The restaurant features Surasang Set, which showcases regional dishes from across South Korea's historic provinces.

I don't know much about Korean food so I chose the "safe" Bibimbap (비빔밥), a classic and popular Korean rice bowl. The word literally translates to "mixed rice". We also ordered the side dishes or Banchan as well as Samgyupsal. Finally, we had ice cream for dessert.
