Dear all Hivers, having breakfast or light meal with a toast will be enjoyable. There are many kinds of toast you can make. This time, I enjoy a toast that is layered or stuffed with crumbs of wafer chocolate.
Using strawberry or pineapple jam is common. I try a different layer. I bought two pieces of small wafer sticks. I also add sweetened milk.
If you want to try this light meal, you can try in your kitchen. It is simple and fun.
The toast is best served with black coffee. You can enjoy it in the morning or break time. It is enough to suppress your hunger before you have a big meal.
Having light meal in your busy time will help you be active because you have enough energy. The light meal will prevent your stomach acid to rise. Working long hours may cause you forget to have meal. This situation is not good for long time. Two slices of toast with wafer crumbs will be energy booster in your busy hours.
