It's been almost 3 weeks since my last garden update post and lots of interesting stuff happened during this time!
My Garden
We faced a few problems with out lettuce plants but everything is alright now (I hope). Lots of snails kept appearing around the plants and eating the fresh lettuce leafs. This didn't allow for the lettuce leaves to grow big and healthy. We faced this issue by cutting the rotten leaf, putting them away from the plants so we can bait the snails to eat them instead of the fresh ones and by spraying our plans with a DIY fluid containing baking soda, green soap and water.
Lettuce and onions
Our onions are outperforming everything in the garden and are growing extremelly fast. Some of them have becomed really huge, they remind me of leesk haha! A few days ago we cut our first onion leafs and cooked them into spinach rice! It was delicious and knowing that the onions we used were ours made it even more tasty!

Aragula is also looking good...and tasted delicous! Aragula has grown a lot and we already started cutting some every now and adding it to our salads and sandwiches! It's so f*cking spicy I love it hehe! We also planted a few onions in between aragula and oh boi they're growing no problem!
Aragula and onions
Celery is not growing that much but that's expected! Celery can take up to 3 months to be ready for harvest and we're only 1 month in! It's looking solid though, no problem standing up and it smells awesome! Can't wait to cook bean soup using my freshly harvested celery!
Celery
Spinach is also in a good way to harvesting and it should be ready in about 2 weeks time! We're facing a small problem with snails over there too the past couple days but nothing we can't fix (I hope hehe). Spinach takes 6 weeks to grow from seed to harvesting and I'm patiently waiting this time so I can add it to my salads!

Dude! Your garden looks amazing! We grow a few things here too.
How cold does it get on winter there? I don't think I can grow greens here now, it starting to get cold at night. I need to wait until spring again.
Thanks man!
Temperatures are around 0°C-15°C depending on how deep we're in winter! Today for example temperature is at around 19°C, still good for mid October!
