The classic bibingka made from rice flour is a familiar treat to Filipinos during Christmas season. It's sweet but the cheese and salted egg toppings balances it with some salty taste. It's baked on top of banana leaves giving it an additional flavor. Finally there's butter spread on top and grated coconuts on top.
