Kaya Toast
A taste of Singaporean breakfast. I had kaya (coco jam) and butter in a toast for breakfast. It was delicious to dunk the kaya toast in runny yolk of the soft boiled eggs and sipping kopi after a mouthful of toast. A good comfort breakfast meal. It was crunchy and sweet and goes well with the kopi.
