Empanada

Empanada is one of the Filipino snacks I typically find in street corners, markets or mall food courts. Aside from the thinly sliced veggies in galapong wrapper, it has regular to special varieties depending on customised fillings with extra or a combination of egg, longanisa and bagnet.
