Binegnet or Bilo bilo
Southern Pinoys in the Visayas region call this snack made from sticky dumplings, purple yam, sweet potatoes and other ingredients, binegnet. We call this one bilo bilo. It's sweet and delicious, can be eaten warm or cold.

The sauce is made from coconut cream. The dumplings are made from glutinous rice. The red round things are tapioca, just colored red.
