I never doubted for a second that both dishes would turn out to be delicious and make our Sunday lunch special. There wasn’t any particular occasion to celebrate and we didn’t need a reason to enjoy a good meal together. We just got the urge to try something different and treat ourself to something a little different than the usual everyday dishes. It’s nice to break away from the routine, explore different flavors and enjoy food that makes an ordinary Sunday feel a little more special.
