Isaw: Love it or Hate it

Isaw is a Pinoy street food made from cleaned chicken intestines. It's skewered on bamboo sticks and grilled over hot charcoal until the outside develops a smoky, slightly charred finish. It’s one of those foods that can divide people. Some love it for its chewy texture and sweet, smoky flavor. Others simply can’t get past the fact that it’s intestine!
