Hot Pot

Nothing beats gathering around a table filled with fresh ingredients and a hot pot ready to cook. Tender slices of beef sukiyaki, mushrooms, tofu, vegetables and flavorful broth. Each comes together to become part of a delicious meal. What I love most about hot pot is that you cook at your own pace while sharing the table with friends or family. Then we get to enjoy the food while the chatting. It's a special meal that brings everyone together.
