Last Season Summary And My New Season Goals - Purchasing and Opening Major & Ultimate Chests | Splinterlands Social Media Challenge
Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Another season has ended in Splinterlands, and I played in both Wild and Frontier formats last season. I also earned both SPS and Glint tokens and got a bunch of Foundation reward cards. I earn Foundation cards in the Frontier format and SPS and Glint in other formats. Frankly, I love all formats, but above all, I love Splinterlands. I really enjoy playing Splinterlands.
Last season, I managed to advance to Gold I in the Wild format and by the end of the season I had earned 56978 Glint rewards, 5366 more than the previous season, which clearly shows how good last season was for me. I played in the Wild format for the last two seasons, but I want to play in the Modern format new season, so I didn't buy a Wild pass this time. Frankly, I love Frontier, Wild, Modern, Survival formats, all of them, I wish I had the chance to play more.
To try my luck, I just bought 10 Ultimate chests for 45,000 Glint and 50 Major chests for 60,000 Glint from the rewards shop and opened them. Here is what I got from the chests:

I got 3 Epic, 10 Rare, 50 Common Rebellion reward cards, 7333 Merits, 10 Energy and 147 potions. I wasn't so lucky opening the chests this time, but I still got some great rewards, and I'm especially happy with the cards I received. I played until my energy ran out last season, so I really needed energy. Also, I was very happy when I got Merits from the chests because I got another 7333 Merits which will help me a lot in purching more Gladius chests.
When I looked at the Modern format, I saw that I had dropped down to Bronze III, so I started the current season from Bronze III. However, it wasn't too difficult for me to unlock Bronze II and Bronze I. I still don't have enough cards for the Modern format, so it won't be easy for me to advance to higher leagues, so I'll have to buy or rent some cards. I prefer buying rather than renting, so after some review I'll try to buy some cards.
All players who unlock each tier get a certain number of chest rewards, getting extra rewards is really cool. And when I unlocked Bronze II (3 Minor chest) and Bronze I (5 Minor chest) I got and opened 8 Minor chest rewards. Here's what I got from the Minor chests;
I earned 4 Reward cards just at the beginning of the season. I hope I continue in the same way and the new season will be one of my most profitable seasons. My goal for the new season is to advance to the Gold League in both the Modern and Frontier formats. But most importantly, I want to earn more card rewards, SPS, and Glint. Let's see if I can manage.
I really enjoy playing Splinterlands, no matter what format it is. I love the Frontier format so much that it's become my favorite format to play because I want to level up my Foundation cards and I need a lot of them. I play Splinterlands almost every day, and it's the only game I never get bored of. I think I'm a total Splinterlands addict. I wish I had the chance to play it more. I love this game so much.
