The Passion Fruit Garden: A First-Time Experience

Today, I am going to share to you about the fruit that we have discovered while we were wandering through the place of our town. A fruit that I really loved eating since I was a child and whenever I saw it, I would immediately buy this kind of fruit.

The name of the fruit is a passion fruit, I remember this fruit when I was still a child because there were only a few stores that sells this kind of fruit just beside the school that I was studying in my primary school.

At that time, I was happy eating this kind of fruit because it was delicious with a sour taste of it and there were some juice that you can sip after. So, this time, me and my friends went to this place just to see if there were lots of this fruit in that location.

Actually, this place is a scenery place and I am going to share the scenery in my next blog but today I am going to share to you the fruit that the place planted. I thought that the passion fruit is a tree. That's what I imagine about this kind of fruit but actually it was a vine fruit similar to a watermelon.

So, when I saw this fruit that was hanging in a vine and they make it look like a decoration in their scenery, I was mesmerize by it because when you walk toward this vines full of passion fruit, you can actually see different sizes of the fruit and there were ripe and unripe for them.

As we went here, there were also a price for each piece that you get and it was around $0.18 per piece. The price were now more expensive compared to when I was still a kid that buys this fruit because around that time the price ranges from 0.05 to 0.10 dollar per piece and now it became double.

Well, I think it's the inflation that hits that all or most of the things that happened in our country.

When we saw lots of these passion fruit, we picked the one that has color purple because they said that the color purple was a ripe one compared to the green color.

We picked the bigger purple that we could find and eat it. We were enjoying the place where we were eating the food while we were in on the place. We were talking and laughing together with my friends that went to the place.

It was an amazing experience since it was my first time seeing this kind of fruit and it was actually one of my favorite food. We were picking some of them while eating the passion fruit because we want to bring something when we got home and we got fifteen of them when we got home and excited to eat it.
