Saturday Vibes with My Churchmates, A Blessed Cottage Prayer at Our Pastor’s House Followed by Juice, Biko, and Happy Moments

Our Saturday was a simple but meaningful day because we had our cottage prayer at our pastor’s house. It was a wonderful time to gather together with our churchmates, pray, and thank God for all the blessings He has given us. Even though we have different responsibilities in life, we still make time to come together and strengthen our faith.

During our cottage prayer, we spent time worshipping God, listening to His Word, and praying together. It reminded me that prayer is an important part of our lives. Whenever we gather with our fellow believers, we feel encouraged and reminded that we are not alone in facing our daily challenges. We can always trust God and depend on His guidance.

After our prayer and worship, we had a simple merienda together. We shared juice and biko, a Filipino rice delicacy that many of us enjoy. It was nice to see everyone sharing food, talking, and enjoying each other's company. We did not need anything fancy to make the moment special. The simple food and happy conversations were already enough to make our Saturday enjoyable.

I also felt thankful because moments like these allow us to build stronger relationships with our churchmates. We can laugh together, share stories, and create beautiful memories while keeping our faith at the center of everything we do.

For me, Saturday is not only about resting from our usual activities. It is also a chance to spend time with people who share the same faith and values. I am grateful to our pastor for welcoming us into their home and giving us a place where we can gather and pray together.

Our Saturday vibes may have been simple, but the happiness and fellowship we shared made the day special. May God continue to bless our pastor, our churchmates, and our families. I hope we can continue having more meaningful gatherings like this in the future.
