One of the luxuries people have nowadays is the ability to purchase something without leaving their house. I'm not a fan of shopping, not because I don't have a lot of money to do so, but because I don't see the reason to buy stuff.
Even if I had some money to spare, I still wouldn't go shopping that much. Well, I'd probably buy stuff for my parents or our doggies. haha Ironically, I do engage in impulsive buying at times, but for art materials. I consider it an investment. haha
Anyway, I'm deviating too much... This post is an unboxing of the items we bought for our furbabies. I also bought a little treat for myself.
It usually takes about a week or so for the items we purchase online to arrive. So, we mostly use it for things that we don't immediately need... or something that's a much better deal.
Speaking of a good deal, I bought a "Train and Reward" treat for Arashi and Max from a physical store the last time my father and I went to
SM Seaside.
The price for one container was Php 179 ($3.14). When they almost ran out, we tried checking nearby pet stores and clinics for the same treat. We found one in a clinic, but they sold it for Php 250 ($4.39).
So, I decided to check if it's available online... and there it was! A container was only for Php 130 ($2.28). I collected coins and vouchers, so I got them with no shipping fee and some discount. :)
Now, our furbabies can enjoy these treats, and we now know where to get one at a much better deal! ^^
As for myself, I got this new baby!!! :)
I love coffee, and I have been into brewed coffee recently. I bought some roasted coffee beans (unintentionally at first), then got myself an electric grinder (so we could also use it for grinding spices when Mama cooks) about a couple of weeks ago.
I still had some disposable coffee filters, which I used for brewing coffee (UCC Sumiyaki coffee) last time. However, a friend from the coffee community suggested I get either a Moka pot or a French Press. I didn't know what they were. hahaha And after searching, I decided on the latter since it's easier to prepare.
I haven't used it yet as it just arrived earlier this afternoon. I'm excited to use it tomorrow morning. I'm going to have a busy weekend since I have to work to make up for the days I didn't because of my toothache. So, having a delicious cup of brewed coffee would be such bliss!
These are just simple purchases, but they're something important. The French Press may be a want, but it's better than constantly buying and throwing away disposable coffee filters. And this new baby of mine is so pretty! haha I even got a discount and free shipping for it! :)
Now, I'm saving to buy some art materials. They're much cheaper online compared to purchasing them from art or school supply shops. Luckily, I have really supportive parents who are willing to pay part of the cost. It's not a big deal, but it's an investment. hahah
I'll end this post here. I'll watch Ryan Trahan's 50 Days in 50 States upload for today before going to bed. I have a long weekend ahead! See you around! (^^,)/

Eyyy, y'all deserve that reward, i'm sure your babies are so happy with that treat. And ang laki din talaga ng tipid online no. Makakaless kapa if may voucher.
Thankies!!! True... lalo na pag-sale day like sahod sale or 7.7 sale, and so on. :) I also collect vouchers and coins, especially para free na yung shipping fee. ^^
You deserve that reward, treat yourself once in a while, thats what makes us happy, its also more convenient when we shop online,it's less hassle in terms of time, especially when what we're looking for isn't immediately available in the markets, hehehe
Thank you... and that's true. It's convenient and it's easier to find items you don't normally get in nearby stores. Though time-wise, it depends din sa area. In our place, mga 1 week or more, mostly galing pa kasi sa Luzon yung mga items... XD
