Tuesday - Strongest Sandstorm

It's normal in every year this kind of phenomenon, the sandstorm season. Well, unlike before there was no building and the road was still rough road. It was really the real strongest sandstorm when I was new.The new era,the city was already developed, we have no longer experience those dust penetrate inside the house. Then, I had no idea to cover all the aircon , the windows and doors. Later on I got an idea to avoid it. It was my idea and all people imitating on what I was doing. I was the only Filipino maid among Indonesian who worked in the clan. They appreciated my technique and all of the families wanted Filipino worker. Since then until now, they hired from my country. I showed my skills, became an English tutor and art.

Even in the sandstorm dust on the floor I wrote my name and draw any kind of flowers. I had no phone before to have remembrance of what I did before.

Instead of thinking the sandstorm dust as my heavy daily burden, I tried making it as a tool making funny things which the kids enjoyed watching me playing.As I'd said the dust was so thick. Every steps our foot printed on the floor. It was every day for three months. After the climate changes, the rain poured after one month. Whereas before , maybe I remember there was a time for two or three years without rain here in Saudi Arabia. Even the mosque prayed with supplication asking for rain. I heard, they did also the clouds seeding.

At this time, we are expecting rain this week or first week of August but am not sure about it. Based on last year we had rain in August. While writing this, I am looking forward to clean downstairs after I wash the dishes. They had just finished eating their lunch but a dinner too for the time now is 8:18 in the evening.
