Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. I want to ask, what is the most delicious breakfast you have tried? This is my first time enjoying breakfast. I haven't had breakfast for several years. Today, since night, my stomach has been feeling hungry.
It was only dawn, I tried to get out of the house while looking for food. I wandered around near my boarding house. It turned out that there was a food seller in front of the house, who sold Nasi Ulam and Nasi Uduk. At first glance, I thought, what's the difference? I thought Nasi ulam and nasi uduk were the same thing.
But, it turned out. That's what I got from the seller. Nasi Ulam is said to be a typical Chinese food and is currently a typical Indonesian food. there is a sprinkling of serundeng and anchovies. Finally, added with semur or perkedel, as a complement.
That's what the food seller said. Because it sells in a small environment, no demur or perkedel is added. But, it is made similar to nasi uduk . So, the Nasi Ulam that I bought is like Nasi Uduk . There is stir-fried tempeh, chili sauce, and vermicelli. I bought a pack of Nasi Ulam complete with crackers. I also added fried foods and peanut sauce, as a complement.
There are other differences in rice. According to the seller of this food, it is in the making of rice. If Nasi Uduk uses coconut milk and spices, Nasi Ulam does not use coconut milk. Only uses spices. Both foods are suitable for breakfast. A long time ago, when my mother was around, I often bought Nasi Uduk if my mother didn't cook.
This dish that is suitable for breakfast is considered a typical Betawi mixed rice. Suitable as a breakfast menu because it has dense content in each portion. When making ulam rice, the native Betawi people usually provide a large portion to be stored. Then, in the Malay villages and surrounding areas, ulam rice is often present at big events, such as hajatan.

Since you asked what the best breakfast is that readers have tried, I'd say for me it's fried rice mixed with viand and dried fish with vinegar.😊 But your breakfast here looks delicious, even just from the pictures. I bet it's also delicious and perfect for breakfast.
