     It has been quite a while since we've done a cooking challenge in ASEAN Hive, and since there is no time like the present, I figured this week would be a good opportunity for the chefs to shine. Coconuts are commonly found throughout Southeast Asia, and whether eaten fresh or used as ingredient, there are so many ways to utilize this versatile fruit.

     For this challenge I want to see what you all can create with the humble coconut, and whether a sweet dessert or a spicy curry, as long as you're making use of the coconut as an ingredient in some way, your entry is welcome. Your post doesn't have to be a recipe post, but if it is please include clear steps, ingredients, amounts, etc., so any of us can recreate it at home. I look forward to your creations.....

Hello everyone! May our day be filled with love and understanding despite the ups and downs that we've been through! Yes my dear hivers, life is full of mystery we cannot fathom why it happens at the most unexpected time. It was my eldest brother who informed me that our brother-in-law died in their hometown in San Fernando, Cebu and that his wife and 4 kids will going home. Their kids were scattered in 4 different places to earn their living (California, Canada, UAE & Texas). Their dad died due to complications.

I wish I have tikoy but my budget is longer enough because I bought strawberries from a friend and took opportunity of a promo which is also a perfect enrty for this week's ASEAN Hive Challenge, "Let's Go For A Walk". I don't always go out so it's really a perfect chance. Three days ago, I was searching for a baking supply store to find cake containers for my jelly cake business but what I found instead was gelatine.

Greetings, fellow hiver explorers! I hope your days are as cozy as a warm winter nest, and your nights filled with the magic of a long, peaceful season. Yesterday, I saw a post from the aseanhive about a new challenge to take a walk around our area. The challenge stuck with me, and today, as I sipped my coffee at 10 a.m., I remembered it.
