An Early Morning Walk with my Husband and Happy to see the Sprout of Lettuce and Okra

Hello everyone!! Have a great and blissful day!!

I'm really happy and grateful that at last I now live in a place that can improve my health condition. I have been a sickly person since I was a child up until now. That is why I can only do limited work at home.

I grew up in the city, which is far from the beautiful nature like here in the countryside. When I was young, I had a chance to experience living in the countryside because my grandmother had a rice field in Leyte, and she always let me accompany her during harvest season, and I'm glad that it fell every summer vacation. From that moment on, I fell in love with living in the countryside.

My family happened to live in the countryside for almost 3 years too, and that is in the next municipality from our place now. My daughter fell in love with living there, too, but we needed to go back to the city for her studies and for my husband's work.

But now we are finally back in the countryside, and I am so thankful and happy because, to be honest, I have become more energetic. I can now go with either my husband or my daughter for an early walk and some errands.

I can rarely go for a walk or go hiking in the city because of the chaotic environment that can make me feel dizzy most of the time.

But here, it's so quiet and peaceful. There’s no harmful smoke from different kinds of vehicles. You can only hear a few from small vehicles, mostly motorcycles only. But you can hear more of the birds' voices or sounds.

So yesterday I went for a walk with my husband at the "Divine Mercy Shrine" near our place. My husband and my daughter went there the other day, and every time they think I will love the place, they always invite me to go with either of them, because we cannot all go together, because our fur babies need a companion at home, too.

It was overwhelming to see such beauty even from the road we passed going to the shrine. You can see lovely surroundings with different beautiful plants from both sides of the road. And much more when we arrived at the shrine, it was so calming and peaceful, surrounded by lots of angels and flowers, and we are so lucky because the chapel was open at that time. I really love it there; it is so solemn that it can lift up your spiritual emotions.

My husband took some photos inside the chapel and had our selfie.

My husband and my daughter befriended the caretaker there and his tiny puppy named Charry. She's so cute and lovely. I wanted to stay for a longer time in the shrine, but we needed to head back home because my daughter will work at 9 am. But I promise to go back there over and over again.

It was a wonderful experience.

On the other hand, my daughter checked on the seeds we sowed last January 7, and we are so happy to see some sprouts of our okra and lettuce. We're all excited to see their progress day by day. And hope to see some sprouts of the other seeds soon.

For now, we're still improving the garden by making other plots for the seedlings and also beautifying the other side of the yard with some flowery plants in the future.

All in all, it was an amazing and blissful day for my family and me. I hope you had a great and blissful day with your family, too.

I'll just end my post here for now and see you around. Thank you so much for stopping by and God bless...🙂🙏💖
