Improve your Flesh Golem! ⚔ Splinterlands

O Flesh Golem é uma carta muito antiga no Splinterlands e que a maioria dos jogadores da Modern Ranked mais novos talvez nem conheçam, mas aqueles que se aventuram nas partidas Wild com certeza já devem tê-lo enfrentado em algum momento. Esta é uma carta incrível para todas as ligas pois ganha habilidades incríveis ao evoluir. Já no level 3 ele recebe a habilidade Heal , no level 4 seu dano aumenta e no level 7 ele recebe a habilidade Void .

A grande vantagem que essa carta possui é sua vida extremamente elevada que lhe possibilita curar no mínimo 3 de vida por rodada. Agora irei mostrar para vocês uma batalha em que ambos os jogadores utilizaram o Flesh Golem e amplificaram sua força utilizando outras cartas.

No meu caso a escolha da invocadora Lyanna Natura foi meramente por economia afinal se eu pudesse também optaria pelo Mylor Crowling mas ela combina perfeitamente com o Golem e logo eu explicarei o porquê. Enquanto o foco do meu time foi em causar dano físico amplificado pelos buffs do Brownie o meu oponente se protegeu perfeitamente contra dano físico e mágico ao dar Thorns para todas as suas cartas através do invocador e amplificar o dano refletido com a Queen Mycelia. Felizmente a regra Unprotected removeu a vantagem do Protect que ela também concederia ao seu time e isso foi uma grande vantagem para mim.

As duas composições eram muito boas e eu acreditei que iria perder o confronto afinal quase todos os meus DPS iriam se matar para o Thorns mas não foi exatamente isso que aconteceu. Apesar do Flesh Golem inimigo estar causando 3+3 de dano por causa do Thorns amplificado ele só consegue recuperar 3 de vida com o Heal , já o meu Golem era capaz de causar 4 de dano e curar 4 de vida. Nem todos sabem mas a habilidade Heal recupera 1/3 da vida máxima arredondando para baixo, ou seja, o Flesh Golem com 9~11 de vida só recupera 3 por rodada e a partir do 12 começa a recuperar 4 por rodada.

Esse foi o diferencial que a Lyanna Natura proporcionou ao meu Tank. E um detalhe interessante: no level 6 o Flesh Golem possui 11 de vida e ao ser combinado com essa invocadora ou outra carta com a habilidade Strengthen ele consegue aprimorar sua cura, já no level 7 sua vida é reduzida em 1 para compensar o Void e dificulta ao jogador conseguir curar 4 de vida por rodada. O mais impressionante foi que mesmo causando menos dano a sua capacidade de cura maior foi o sucificiente para permitir que o meu Flesh Golem eliminasse o do inimigo sozinho (todas as minhas cartas da Backline focaram apenas nas outras cartas do oponente) e isso me surpreendeu bastante!

Apesar de não possuir o melhor invocador o fato dela conseguir aprimorar as habilidades do Flesh Golem permitiu que ele solasse o inimigo mostrando que a estratégia combinada com as cartas certas pode possibilitar vitórias magníficas. Eu sempre gostei dessa carta e está na minha lista para ser adquirida em breve, essa batalha serviu para me relembrar o quanto eu desejo adicioná-lo à minha coleção!

The Flesh Golem is a very old card in Splinterlands and one that most newer Modern Ranked players may not even know about, but those who venture into Wild matches must surely have faced it at some point. This is an amazing card for all leagues because it gains incredible abilities as it evolves. Already at level 3 he gets the Heal ability, at level 4 his damage increases and at level 7 he gets the Void ability.

The great advantage that this card has is its extremely high health that allows it to heal at least 3 life per round. Now I will show you a battle where both players used the Flesh Golem and amplified its strength using other cards.

In my case the choice of the summoner Lyanna Natura was purely for economy after all if I could I would also opt for Mylor Crowling but she matches the Golem perfectly and I will soon explain why. While my team's focus was on causing physical damage amplified by the Brownie buffs my opponent protected himself perfectly against physical and magical damage by giving Thorns to all his cards through the summoner and amplifying the reflected damage with Queen Mycelia. Fortunately the Unprotected rule removed the Protect advantage that she would also grant to her team and that was a big advantage for me.

Both compositions were very good and I believed I would lose the matchup after all almost all my DPS would kill themselves for the Thorns but that's not exactly what happened. Although the enemy Flesh Golem was doing 3+3 damage because of the amplified Thorns it could only recover 3 life with the Heal , whereas my Golem was able to do 4 damage and heal 4 life. Not everyone knows but the Heal ability recovers 1/3 of max life rounding down, meaning the Flesh Golem with 9~11 life only recovers 3 per round and from 12 onwards starts to recover 4 per round.

This was the differential that Lyanna Natura provided to my Tank. And an interesting detail: at level 6 the Flesh Golem has 11 life and when combined with this summoner or another card with the ability Strengthen it can improve its healing, at level 7 its life is reduced by 1 to compensate for the Void and makes it difficult for the player to heal 4 life per round. The most impressive thing was that even though it does less damage its higher healing ability was enough to allow my Flesh Golem to eliminate the enemy's by itself (all my Backline cards focused only on the opponent's other cards) and that surprised me a lot!

Despite not having the best summoner the fact that she was able to enhance the abilities of Flesh Golem allowed her to solo the enemy showing that strategy combined with the right cards can make magnificent victories possible. I have always liked this card and it is on my list to be acquired soon, this battle served to remind me how much I want to add it to my collection!
