What is Mech Arena? How do you play?

Mech Arena is a free to play tactical MOBA with numerous classes, weapons, pilots, and playstyles. I have a post where I give some examples of gameplay and explain a few early classes in a writeup here, it is a much more in depth and concise game description than I can explain in this brief tournament announcement.

Tournament Prizes: Over 40USD/HIVE in Crypto

The tournament prizes are TBA and will consist of a combination of HIVE and HBD, but will be over 40USD worth of crypto (unless the market dips massively ). The layout and distribution will be effected by attendance for this tournament and prize pool will be INCREASED accordingly if enough people sign up.

Signup Before Deadline, Complete Goals, receive 3HIVE

• You must use this link to sign up and download the app. (additionally you will receive in game goodies for using it: A Paragon Milisec Skin and a fat bag of Acoins and other loot)

• You must be first time players. Users signing up multiple times will not count. Please get in touch with me if you already play this game and wish to participate, just mention that when commenting your in game ID below.

• You must install and play the game on mobile. PC players will need to get in contact with me to join the tournament lobbies (via comment section here or on discord). However, the game is easier to install download and signup for on mobile anyway.

• You must reach Division 9, and kill 80 mechs

• Comment your user ID on this post to sign up (You must be Division 9 and have at least 80 kills to join the custom lobbies in which the tournament will be held)

• Optional: follow me on Youtube, Twitch, Twitter, and here on hive.

Once you are Division 9 and have 80 kills all you will need to do is comment your in game ID for confirmation here, or message me it and your hive wallet address on discord. But hurry! If you don't complete these steps in time (by July 12th) you will not be eligible for the 3 HIVE payout. I will potentially extend signup but not this free HIVE giveaways duration! Signup for this FREE tournament will last until the end of this post countdown (or be extended as previous stated, the giveaway will NOT be extended). These qualifications are not as strenuous as they appear, it amounts to at most 20ish minutes of gameplay and allows you to access the custom lobbies the tournament will be hosted in (as is my understanding).

When will this tournament take place?

After payout of this post a date a time for the tournament will be announced. Brackets and game modes will also be determined at that time based on overall attendance. Usernames must be provided and the above steps completed to participate in this tournament. This tournament is meant to be a fun little free thing to support the hive community and allow everyone to participate since it is a free to play mobile game. I am giving a week of time for the 3 free hive per person and a more generous signup period overall. If no one signs up for this tournament in a month I will petition the community to ask what sort of tournament they in fact might want to have held instead (I just thought this title would work as it is free to play and available for mobile).
