A REVIEW OF TWO GREAT PERFORMANCES

Vibes web3 music competition just ended the week 34 contest, and I must admit from everything I have witnessed, that this last week has been way more competitive than the last. At least that is how I have seen it. The entries this week were really professional, most of the participants in week 34 went the extra mile in their own way to make this week very enjoyable with everyone giving their best to make sure they come out on top (myself included). Even some of those who performed a bit poorly last week did way better. I watched a few and will be sharing my thoughts about two of those entries.

The first is from a participant I have mentioned before and that is the person of @jesus-son. I usually follow his entries and this last performance was as expected. He is one artist that can be relied on to deliver great performances back to back. I enjoyed listening to his cover even though I have never heard the song before. If he says the song was an original, I will definitely believe it because of how much effort he put into owning the song. His professionalism comes naturally, and I will commend him as one of my favorite artists not just in this competition, but in hive generally. .

Another person I want to talk about is @jhymie. I see her as an artist with great potential in her voice who is capable of doing more. She has a great voice that will definitely take her far if she can learn how to come out of her shell. I also enjoyed her music despite not knowing it, but the only thing I think she needs to work on is owning her craft and being able to show emotions in her music. From how she sings it's clear that every potential is there and can be unlocked with continuous practice. So what I will advise is for her to continue participating in this contest so she can open up that inner part of her that isn't yet out. You know what they say, practice makes perfect. I will be looking out for her next entry and would personally give her a 7/10 from what I've seen in this entry.
