Aloe vera is a true miracle plant because it acts almost miraculously. Proof of its properties is that thousands and thousands of products refer to this plant.

It has many properties, of course, the most well-known of which is for the skin. Its pulp is one of the best remedies for burns, simply applying it directly soothes and regenerates the skin. It is also very useful if you have suffered sunstroke. After a day at the beach, your skin will thank you. In fact, many skin creams contain aloe vera without much treatment. The brands limit themselves to improving the smell and reducing viscosity, but the aloe remains unchanged.
It can also be consumed and has laxative and anti-inflammatory properties. A fruit smoothie with a little Aloe is very purifying.

As a plant, it is worth mentioning that you do not have to do anything other than plant it and harvest it. In full sun without hardly any watering and in any type of soil. It is a very useful plant for us, but in the garden I am not aware that it contributes anything special to our vegetables.
