Splinterland's last season was really amazing for me as I have reached the first time in the Gold league. When in the previous to previous season, I have reached the Silver 1 league and earned more than 100K Glints, I was only thinking to match this performance in the next season. I have no idea in the next season, I will not only beat the existing performance but have some new records for me. In the last season, I have not only reached the Gold league first time after Conclave Arcane came into the play. When I resumed playing in the Modern League format in October 2025, my goal was to reach the Gold League only and to be the constant in the Gold League. With my start in the gold league, let me hope that I may always remain in gold league.

So in the last concluded season, I earned 54661 Glints as the end of the season rewards , so it means my total glints earned by battling is twice of that and it is equal to 109332 glints which are comfortably much higher than 100K glints target that I was trying to acheive. On top of it, I got 12500 glints as a leaderboard prize that make my grand total as 121822 glints in a season, good enough to buy a 400 common rare card draw.

Since, I ended the season in the gold league, I started this new season with 1400 rating points at Silver 2 league. Last to last season, though I reached Silver 1 first time, but I ended the season in Silver 2. So it is a stark contrast that this season I am starting my season from that league where I used to end my season.

Above is my screenshot for the last season leaderboard, where I ended the season with rank 40 in the modern silver league. This season, I will be playing for Gold league and Gold leaderboards, so I cannot say that I like to repeat it. Reaching the leaderboards of Gold will require much more ratings and very fierce competition, and in practicality, look almost impossible to me.

This is now just the start of the new season, and I am currently clueless as I am playing in a different league and very first time. My cards were same as they were on last season, my spendable funds in game are strained and to upgrade and buy anything, it become more costly for me as I level up more.

So , I am just starting the season on positive note and will think how to adapt in this new league.
