Splinterlands Error- Lost 20 Rank and Missed 400 Goal!

Today I was playing my favorite game Splinterlands again and I played many matches, won and lost, but this match was a bit strange. I didn’t understand how it went. I went to play a match in Frontier mode.
Before the match started, I saw that the mana cap was 27 and the ruleset was completely standard, meaning there were no special rules. So I made a balanced team like I wanted and used Thalgrimore as the summoner. I set the team using the full 27 mana.
Everything was fine, I entered the match with Battle. But the problem started from here 😐
While the match was loading, the screen suddenly showed

I really wanted to complete the Bronze III League, but after trying very hard, I reached rank 380, but the problem is that I lost rank 20 at the beginning of the match.
The worst thing is that I couldn't play properly, but still my rating got minus 20. It really feels bad, because even though it was not my fault, I had to suffer a loss.
This kind of problem has not happened before, but today, such an error completely ruined the fun of the game. I hope the developer team will fix this. @Splinterlands,
