Hello Splinterlands fam!

I hope all of you are doing great in life, enjoying the game on a daily basis and growing your account with more and more cards and SPS stake. For those who are actively playing this season, I guess you are doing fabulous, but don't forget to keep an eye on the timer. Because right now we have only 5 days and 19 hours in hand before this ongoing season meets its end. Anyways, I know most of you are very active on this game and as a community must be overwhelmed with so many new things and updates being introduced to the game including the land 1.75 update, change in Rental fees and listing price, Conclave Arcana set and now on top of that, two more fresh new cards have just been added to the game.

In my previous post, I have already talked about Tasoshi Drakamoto, the voucher card that is currently live for sale at the splinterlands official shop. Gladly, the other card that all of you were waiting for is also live now and can be bought in the shop. Yes, I am talking about the Yaba’s Pickle, the special and rare card which is now available to grab and depending on your SPS stake during the screenshot, you can buy this card with the allocation of each BCX for 1000 SPS. For me, I had a total of 32k SPS staked in my account, so I have been allocated 32 copies of this card, which I will buy tomorrow. Let me know how many copies you are buying in the comments below.

Now moving forward, let me come to the main topic of this post, as today, I will be showcasing another awesome Conclave Arcana card with you all. As you have already guessed from the thumbnail and title, today we will be discussing the PALIFALA WESLINATH. So, if you are interested and want to know more, let’s take a dive without any further ado.

PALIFALA WESLINATH

Palifala is a monster type card that was first introduced in the game with the launch of the newest Conclave Arcana edition card set. This card belongs to the Life element and it costs 6 mana to be used in a battle, so you can easily select this card in your lineup while playing medium to large mana limit matches. By rarity, it is a legendary type of card, so it will require a total of 11 BCXs of cards to be upgraded to max level. Its attack type is Ranged and it comes with a pretty good combo of armour and health, which makes it a defensive choice. It belongs to the Gnome bloodline and though its speed is low compared to mana cost, it comes with 4 amazing abilities that will definitely help you in battles and make up for its low speed. Let us now take a further look at its level wise stats and abilities to find out more about this monster below.

BRONZE

At its initial level, this monster gets 3 range attack 2 speed, with 2 armour and 4 health and not only that, but it also gets the Sneak ability since its first level. Even at level 1, it possesses a high range attack with Sneak ability,y which will help you kill rear attackers way faster.

SNEAK - Monsters with this ability target the enemy monster located in the last position.

SILVER

When this monster gets upgraded to the next level 2, its stats get increased a bit, as it gets 3 range attack at 2 speed with 3 armour and 4 health. It also gets a new ability called Relentless Strike, which is a brand new ability that got introduced with the CA edition cards. With higher stats and 2 abilities, this monster certainly becomes a powerful choice to be used in the Silver league.

RELENTLESS STRIKE - Monsters with this ability attacks with True damage and deal +1 damage if the target has a void, shield or forcefield. So, whenever you think that your opponent is going to use cards with these abilities, using this card against them would be a great idea.

GOLD

As this monster gets upgraded further to level 3, it gets the same 3 ranged attack at 2 speed with 3 armour and an increased 5 health. It also gets a new ability called Close Range ability at this level, which suddenly turns this monster way more powerful, so playing it at hold league matches would definitely bring you more wins, hopefully.

CLOSE RANGE - Monsters with this ability can use range attacks from the first position.

DIAMOND / CHAMPION

Finally, when this monster gets upgraded to its max level of 4, it receives the same stats as its previous level - 3 ranged attack at 2 speed with 3 armour and 5 health. However, it gains another great ability called Mimic, which, at this point, makes this monster too powerful, and the results are visibly evident when using this monster at its maximum level in battles.

MIMIC - At the beginning of round 2 and each following round, this monster gains a random ability from the enemy team. Dispel removes 1 mimicked ability in the reverse order they were gained. Debilitations, Targeting abilities, Ambush, Weapon Training, Flank, Reach, Charge and Taunt can not be mimicked.

As you can see, this monster becomes so powerful at max level, so you may see this monster being overused at Diamond and Champion league battles as time passes. For a 6 mana cost, this monster brings so much to the table that it can't be overlooked at all. I really like this monster because ai have a soft corner for sneak and opportunity monsters, but after seeing its other abilities and stats, it really won my heart, what about you?
