Splinterlands Diary: I Won Against Jolius Blast and Buns the Unseen

Hello Splinterlands players, I hope you have a nice day! Jolius Blast and Buns the Unseen are probably the best two tank combination in the Frontier today. I came across them in one of my battles and saw that I was facing level two Jolius and Buns. Here's why they are a great combination.

A level two Jolius has Enrage which increase his power and speed when he gets attacked. Its starting attack is already high and its life is high too.

Buns the Unseen attacks behind Jolius. It's also a good tanks with sturdy defensive stats especially compared to other cards in the Frontier.

The two cards are a strong combination in the Fire element. If you can fit them with the mana requirement then your team has a strong chance of winning.

My team was the standard Fire line up. Frankarsgard and Chaos Furybringer are the standard Fire front team in the Frontier. Both cards are surely weaker than their Arena Vanguard counterparts. If there is any advantage in my team, it's that they are six cards against five because of the high mana cost of the Arena Vanguard cards. I had six cards against the opponent who only had five. My team was also a tiny bit faster and killed Jolius first.

I was envious of the opponent for his strong cards. Both cards alone already cost $10+. I'm surprised and grateful that I won the battle.
