My first day in new season in the Splinterlands. I started from 2000 rating because I finished in division 3. I had 3440 points 60 less to finish in division 2. So now after season end there is soft reset of 2 divisions. So I started with 1440 points less which is a lot points of my total rating from last season. I didn't played a lot of games yet because today I have busy day from early morning. Good thing that there is still bonus for win streak until 3000 rating points. So I got few times +40 points for a win. Another thing which I noticed right away it was hard to find liqudity bot at start of the season to play versus him maybe because many players had lower rating and some of them were in ranked que so system just want me to play versus them instead. So I waited like 1 min or close to 1:30 min. At higher rating matches are faster usually it takes like 20-30s to find opponent or a liquidity bot. So yeah that is what I saw.

My win ratio at start of the season is pretty solid. But I know that more games will show that my win ratio should be closer to 55% or 50%. I have few new cards in my collection most of them I rented, one I bought yesterday and some of cards I just lost because of cancelation of season rentals. So I don't know how strong I will be in this season but I know that I gonna try my best to still be high in the leaderboard! I hope that this time there be more players in gold bracket because then will be better rewards for everyone in this bracket!

I see that brawl started so I need to send my teams. So I have to play brawl first and then I will play more ranked games today.

HPUD

Today is 1st day of the month so now is the time to power up some hive. I trying to be consistent and participate in every months since I back to blogging. This is really important for me because it build my power on the chain and in that way I have only only voting power but also I can secure chain with my vote for witnesses and for proposals. As we know there are hard times in crypto markets. I decided to power up 250 hive. It's half of what I powered up in last month but still it is not bad number. compared to how many hive power I have right now it's over 2.2% of my total stake so yeah it's should scale over time great! :) Last thing I tried to power up at least 1 hive per day since last 1st of the month so I hope so I would get badge for that. So is not only 250 hive in stake but also series of stake for last month!

I like round numbers that's why I decided to power up 1/4 of 1000 or half of 500. But for me HPUD - Hive Power Up Day is not only about powering up more hive. For days in last week I powered up a lot of tribe tokens mostly THGAMING to support more gaming content on chain as we know Splinterlands is a game so some people use THGAMING tag too and not only SPT or SPLINTERLANDS tag. I have a lot SPT so I don't need to have more powerful stake. My 7,777,777 SPT staked is enough to reward people well

but now with more THGAMING in total I have around 600k in stake it could make a difference under your post after my vote! :)
