It made me very sad to see that the #ArcadeColony Project has been temporarily closed. Surely this is a time of sadness when #hive users receive news that such games are being closed which you are addicted in.

If I talk about myself, recently I had gotten a good grip on these game. I had properly started my investment. I had bought many NFT cards and apart from this I had also staked #Colony and #Script tokens.

The main thing is that it takes months of time to understand a game. So I had properly understood the gameplay of four games which include #Splinterlands, #StakeHouseDen, #MoonKarts and #GenesisLeagueGoals and I wanted to make my strategy in it and properly start building my career.

But yesterday when I read their status that it has been temporarily closed due to some difficulties I felt very deep sadness. The comforting thing is that they also said that it is temporarily closed and very soon they will come back to the Hive ecosystem with updates.

Personally I am a very big fan of Hive Games and I had attachment with them but unfortunately because of this closure my game options have become less. And now in Splinterlands I am thinking to properly start my investment and keep my main focus on it until the other games return to the Hive ecosystem.

Until now I have only three cards in Splinterlands with which I am playing Rank Battles and Practice Matches. Now I am thinking that in the beginning I should buy a Spell Book so that I can get five to six random cards which will help me in playing Rank Matches.

The Spell Book will cost me about $10 which is equal to about 166 Hive. Very soon I will collect this amount and first buy the Spell Book so that I can get random monster cards. After that I will keep buying other cards one by one and keep upgrading their levels.

If I talk about today’s game I played a Ranked Battle Match but because I had very few cards I lost this battle and I did not get any rewards. But the good thing is that I am understanding this game well and I learned a lot from this battle.

Still the good thing is that my monsters kept playing till four rounds and competed for quite a long time, although my cards were not that good. But because of good strategy and positioning I stayed alive in the battle for a long time and in the end near the last round all my monsters were eliminated.

Anyway it was a good competition to watch and it was a good experience. Very soon I will buy the Spell Book and I will share the random cards I get with you.

I will try to grow my career in this game and also make a good source of income because one special thing of these games which I like very much is that they are play2earn, meaning you keep getting rewards for every game you win which if I talk in terms of yearly APR rewards becomes around 12% APR.

So if a gamer wants to earn and also fulfill their hobby then I think they should definitely join games like #Splinterlands and #ArcadeColony Projects where their hobby will also be fulfilled and at the same time they will get a good source of income.
