Kicking Roc's Rampage — A Fantastic Win in a 50 Mana Battle

Today's ruleset was very favorable and exciting. In this battle there were two rulesets that is Ferocity and Fallen Legends. I achieved another great victory in this 50 mana battle and I thought I should share the strategy with you.

With these two rulesets I selected 5 monsters while my opponent selected 6 monsters.

The first ruleset was Ferocity. This means all units gain the Ferocity ability. Any allied unit attacks an opponents unit that has the Taunt ability then it deals double damage. For example if your attacker has 2 attack power and hits an enemy monster with Taunt it will deal 4 damage instead of two. In simple words Taunt monsters receive double damage from attacks..

Understanding this ruleset is very important for players. That is why in such battles, it is usually better to avoid selecting monsters with the Taunt ability. I followed the same approach and did not use any Taunt monster which became one of the main reasons for my victory.

The second ruleset was Fallen Legends which means legendary summoners cannot be used. No legendary summoner can be selected for the battle.

Keeping these rulesets in mind I first ignored all Taunt monsters. Then I decided to play aggressively because it was a 50 mana battle. High mana battles usually contain monsters with strong health and armor so I wanted to include as many attackers as possible to increase my chances of winning.

My summoner was also helping my tank by healing it every round. Because of that I placed strong tank monsters in the front especially Dread Tafarian, as it has good armor and health. Since it was constantly being healed by the summoner, it became a solid frontline defender.

My first two monsters had strong attack power. Behind them, in the middle and backline positions, I placed offensive monsters. Among them, Kicking Roc was the standout performer.

The reason was simple it kept attacking an enemy every round with powerful damage. If I say that Kicking Roc was responsible for 80% of the victory, it would not be an exaggeration. Its continuous attacks dealt heavy damage and helped eliminate enemy units one by one.

At the start of the battle there was a moment when I thought I might lose because my frontline monsters collapsed. The monster selection was good but perhaps the positioning was not perfect.

However after the middle rounds I received excellent support from my backline attackers. Kicking Roc's consistent damage kept removing enemy units one after another and eventually I secured a fantastic victory.

In this battle, Time Bandit and Kicking Roc formed an excellent combination. Both have a mana cost of 8 and good health. One belongs to magic attacker and the other is a ranged attacker . Together they dealt significant damage to the enemy team.

Adding these two monsters to your deck is highly recommended especially for battles with special rulesets. As for their market price they can usually be found at lower levels for around $0.02 to $0.05, although upgraded versions will cost more.

What do you think about these monster cards? Do you have them in your deck? Will be glad to see your answers in th comment section.
