When I first tried Moon Carts. I thought, "This is just a racing game, isn't it?" No. There were rules, tricks, and some unwritten things that I wanted to know before my first race.

If you are new to moon carts, don't worry - I have found you. There is a quick guide to start you without frustration.

Your first ride: choose wisely
Not all carts are the same. Some are created for speed, others for better handling. If you are starting now, go for a balanced cart. Every time you take a sharp turn, it will help you stay under control.

Master Boost Start. At the beginning of a race, if you give the right time to your acceleration, you will get a speed boost. Press the count when the vomiting count hits "2" for the best opportunity of an ideal beginning. Remember it, and you can just crawl the line while everyone zooms further.

Corner is everything. want to win? Learn to flow. Flowing around the corners not only looks calm, but it also helps you to maintain speed. Hold the flow for a long time, and when you straighten you will get a mini boost. This may be a difference between a short extra speed between the first and fifth place.

Items can save you - or ruin someone else's race. Shields protect you, while missiles and obstacles slow down your opponents. But don't waste them! A well-timed missile before someone reaches the finish line? Excellent. Throwing it randomly? Not so much.

Some tracks have hidden routes that can save you time. See where experienced players go, and you will start spotting them. Here a small jump or a timid side road can create all difference there.

Be ready for chaos:
Racing in moon carts is not only about speed - it is about existence. You become hit, move around, and sometimes knock with the track. It happens. Just go back to the race, use your items wisely, and do not give up.
