Today is a good day without rain. I continue to mow the grass in the river. While I was cutting with a knife, many insects were flying around me, and many kinds of butterflies were flying.
I wanted only to cut the grass and do not want to take pictures of them today. it made me have to take pictures of it
But this butterfly is a new type, I have never seen. At first I saw it was beautiful, I stopped working, just looked at it and continued working, but this butterfly flew to stop here too many times. Then I called my daughter to get my phone and take some pictures of it.
I learned its named also in Google Lens, its name is Milionia Basalis. at first I thought it is a butterfly but itβs a moth.
This tree I just cut its leaves, and maybe it likes the taste of this tree, and then it flies back and forth many times.
I usually see the moth like this in the shade or dark place, but this moth is likes to fly on hot days. Thatβs why I think itβs a butterfly.
This is a beautiful Vindula Dejone.
This insects really like the rain and the some people in my country are eat this insect. I hear from people that eat them said, its taste delicious like coconut. What insects do you eat?
I know its name in my language but I donβt know what it name in English. Who knows its name in English, please tell me. Who has ever eaten this insect? I think most people in Hive never eat it and probably never know that some people eat it in my country.
Stay healthy everyone and have a wonderful day. Thank you for stopping by.
Very beautiful insects. Yesterday I found a spider in my bathtub. I managed to pick her up with a piece of paper and get her out of the window. Sorry, little spider, but this apartment is taken! π€
I don't eat bugs. I don't find the idea very appealing. π
Haha but she is a small spider and maybe she will be your friend. Some insects are popular to eating in Cambodia, such as fried crickets. Thank you for your comment.
Nature is so beautiful. It's amazing how everything is connected. The trees and other plants, rivers flow towards the sea. The animals feed on plants and of course we humans eat them too. All connected. Thanks for sharing these beautiful pictures.
You are welcome, Iβm glad to share beautiful of nature with you. Thank you for your time.
I don't remember having ever eaten a bug intentionally, except for the occasional ants in my coffee π .
I wouldn't mind trying a grasshopper though; so bugs that only eat grass hihi
I sometimes even eat ants unknowingly, which they usually like to be with sugar. I used to eat fried crickets, which is a popular food in our country, but I have not eaten it for a long time. Thank you for your comment.
Yeah... fried sounds palatable. What do they taste like?
The pattern and colors on the moth are inspiring. I want to paint a picture of it and hang it on the wall. Nature is so artistic.
In Mexico I saw lots of insects that had chili on them and I couldn't believe it. It turned my stomach haha.
The last insect is so interesting. How nature creates these things is marvelous.π
It is very good to a paint of it. I donβt know how to draw of it. Have a good day my friend.
