[EN/PT-BR] Internal growth, Ecosystem growth!

I really like to progress in the things I do in my life, I love when I can improve something, evolve, level up, through my own effort and dedication. At Hive it would be no different and, for this reason, with each new level I reach, I am truly happy with the achievement, the feeling of duty fulfilled and, at the same time, the thought that I have to start looking for a new goal as soon as possible.

I recently reached the 13k HP mark and, although some people may think it's silly to keep saying that I reached that number, I believe that for those of us who are more common here in the Hive, without as much investment power, it's an achievement that should be celebrated. I know that I won't reach 1 million HP by the end of my life, but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop accumulating and helping people who also believe in the Hive.

I'm not just talking, but I've made it a standard to really invest in improving everything related to my profile. Whether it's increasing my HP or the routine of doing more Power UPs, I really embraced this cause and changed my profile a lot, prioritizing increasing my effective HP. In 2024, I invested a lot of what I earned from my posts in L2 tokens and, for 2025, my promise was to reach 20 thousand HP by the end of the year, which I don't think will be possible anymore.

Although I have 13k, I don't think 7 thousand HP in 9 months will be possible anymore, but that's okay, that doesn't discourage me because, with my current focus being practically increasing my Hive Power, if I reach 15k I'll be satisfied, which I think will happen with some ease, so anything after that is profit.

A lot has happened in the last few days and my mindset is starting to change a lot about Hive. I think it's time to share more the idea that we shouldn't take everything we have, much less delegate everything we have. I've seen some projects starting to vote and support only those with KE below 3, others with the idea that you shouldn't delegate more than 30 or 50% of your HP.

At first, I thought this was all bad, strange, and seemed to violate the freedom we value so much at Hive, that we can do anything (or almost anything) and that by following some rules of good manners, everything is fine and we will grow at Hive without any problems. Although I don't agree with some of these guidelines, today I realize that they are not perfect, but they do have a good foundation so that we can give them a good level of reason.

Anyway, everyone has their own way of acting, their own goal with Hive, some really need the money that comes from their posts, they need to do a Power Down for an emergency, others could even leave it in HP, but prefer to just take it all out, some others have no HP, but have a lot of dividend tokens in L2 or SPS, POB, ZING, LEO and so on, so there was a reinvestment of what was earned and that for me is valid. With that in mind, I think we have to respect and be careful with hasty judgments, but always trying to guide people that a strong profile creates a strong Hive as well and that, in the end, helps everyone in the ecosystem.

Gosto muito de progredir nas coisas que faço na minha vida, eu amo quando consigo melhorar algo, evoluir, subir de nível, por esforço próprio e dedicação. Na Hive não seria diferente e, por este motivo, a cada novo patamar que alcanço, fico verdadeiramente feliz com a conquista, o sentimento de dever cumprido e, ao mesmo tempo, o pensamento de que já tenho que começar a procurar um novo objetivo o mais rápido possível.

Cheguei recentemente no patamar de 13k de HP e, por mais que talvez alguns achem besteira ficar falando que cheguei lá ou naquele número, acredito que para nós que somos mais comuns aqui na hive, sem tanto poder de investimento, é um feito que deve ser comemorado. Sei que não vou chegar a 1 milhão de HP até o final da minha vida, mas nem por isso vou deixar de acumular e auxiliar as pessoas que também acreditam na Hive.

Não falo por falar, mas tornei como padrão realmente investir em melhorar tudo relacionado ao meu perfil. Seja aumentando o HP, a rotina em fazer mais Power UPs, eu realmente abracei essa causa e mudei bastante como o meu perfil estava, priorizando justamente o aumento do meu HP efetivo. Em 2024 investi bastante do que ganhei com as minhas postagens em tokens da L2 e, para este 2025, a minha promessa era chegar a 20 mil HP até o final do ano, o que acho que não será mais possível.

Apesar de estar com 13k, acho que 7 mil de HP em 9 meses não será mais possível, mas tudo bem, isso não me desanima porque, com o meu foco atual sendo praticamente subir o meu Hive Power, se eu chegar em 15k já me dou por satisfeito, o que acho que vai acontecer com uma certa tranquilidade, então o que vier depois disso é lucro.

Hoje foi dia de Power UP de 100 HP!

Nestes últimos dias, muita coisa aconteceu e minha mentalidade está começando a mudar bastante sobre a Hive. Acho que está na hora de compartilhar mais a ideia de que não devemos retirar tudo o que temos e muito menos delegar tudo o que temos. Vi alguns projetos começando a votar e apoiar somente quem tem o KE abaixo de 3, outros com uma ideia de que você não delegue mais de 30 ou 50% do seu HP.

No começo, achei isso tudo ruim, estranho, parece ferir a liberdade que tanto prezamos na Hive, de que podemos fazer de tudo (ou quase tudo) e seguindo algumas regras de boas maneiras, tudo está certo e iremos crescer na Hive sem problemas. Apesar de não concordar muito com algumas destas diretrizes, hoje percebo que elas não são perfeitas, mas têm sim um bom fundamento para podermos dar um bom nível de razão para elas.

Perfeitamente equilibrado, como tudo deve ser!

Enfim, cada um têm a sua forma de agir, o seu objetivo com a Hive, alguns precisam realmente do dinheiro que vêm de suas postagens, precisam fazer um Power Down para uma emergência, outros até poderiam deixar em HP, mas preferem somente tirar tudo, alguns outros não têm HP, mas tem muitos tokens de dividendos na L2 ou SPS, POB, ZING, LEO e por assim vai, então houve um reinvestimento do que foi ganho e isso para mim é valido. Com isso, acho que temos que respeitar e ter cuidado com os julgamentos precipitados, mas sempre tentando orientar de que um perfil forte cria uma Hive forte também e isso, no fim, ajuda a todos do ecossistema.
