Today, I had to go to one of the branches of the “Caixa Econômica Federal” bank to resolve some pending issues regarding the sale of my apartment, in order to speed up the process, as I really need to move it forward. Not that all employees are bad or don't care about us, their customers, but I was unfortunately served by a manager who I didn't like very much. She didn't treat me badly or anything like that, she didn't curse at me or lose her temper, she just I thought it was bad that everything my broker was asking me to do, the manager simply said that it was impossible and that she had never seen that before, that no one requested what my broker was asking for.
I thought it was complicated, because I was caught in the crossfire, but What I found really annoying was that I had to issue a bill in my name, called a “quit bill” and that it would have to include the code or CNPJ of another bank (Itaú), because it would be through this bank that the buyers of my apartment old would finance it. Well, at the beginning she said that this was not possible, that there was no way to do it, because no one asked to do this, so, while exchanging some audios with my broker, she simply said that “she found a field where she could put the CNPJ of another bank” and I smiled awkwardly at her.

After that, I was able to issue the boleto the way my broker requested and then came the other challenge: my broker sent about 3 emails and asked the manager to send the bill and some other things to them and again she said that there was no way and that no one asked for emails to be sent. I sent some more audios to my broker and she said that it was okay, that she would resolve it later if there was any problem in the future due to the email not being sent.
Anyway, after I got home and spent some time, my broker said that the email had simply arrived for her and for another professional involved in the process. So, I keep asking myself: was this a lack of willingness to help? Or is the process just bureaucratic and bad? Well, I just avoid judging and, instead, I am grateful that everything worked out. Ok, o campo milagrosamente apareceu. Depois disso, consegui emitir o boleto da forma que minha corretora solicitou e então veio o outro desafio: minha corretora passou uns 3 e-mails e pediu para a gerente enviar o boleto e algumas outras coisas para eles e novamente ela disse que não teria como e que ninguém pedia para que e-mails fossem enviados. Respirei fundo e apenas agradeci por tudo e saí dali. Mandei mais alguns áudios para a minha corretora e ela disse que tudo bem, que depois iria resolver caso desse algum problema no futuro por conta deste não envio do correio eletrônico.
Enfim, após chegar em casa e passar um tempo, minha corretora disse que simplesmente o e-mail chegou para ela e para outra profissional envolvida no processo. Assim, fico com a pergunta na cabeça: isso foi falta de vontade de ajudar? Ou o processo é burocrático e ruim mesmo? Bem, evito apenas julgar e, no lugar, agradeço que tudo deu certo. Isso é um pouco de como funciona o Brasil.
