You're right, probably won't be the last, being nice to customers costs nothing and it's a very good way to be transparent and a good professional, and also to get clients satisfied so they want to return and share good references with others.
Exactly, I think the same way! It's basically about treating people well so that they like you and speak well of you. There's a saying that it's easier for 100 people to say something bad about you than for just 1 to say something good, so we have to be careful with our actions.
