Reflections of the playground [PT/EN]

Essa é a minha participação para o HiveBR Photo Contest #30 - Reflection. As fotos foram tiradas em uma praça que fica bem perto de onde moro. Lembro que, na noite anterior, tinha chovido bastante, daquelas chuvas que dão medo por alguns instantes. Mas, no dia seguinte, a manhã estava bela e, felizmente, sobrevivemos.

Enquanto passava pela praça a caminho da academia, observei alguns dos estragos causados pela chuva. Uma das coisas que me chamou a atenção foi o parquinho.

Ele é um pouco mais baixo que o nível do chão e, aos domingos, fica repleto de crianças. Porém, após a chuva, acabou se transformando em um lago, ou, se você for mais criativo, em um mini parque aquático. Acredito que, no momento em que passei por lá, a água já tinha baixado bastante, talvez não tivesse nem dois palmos de profundidade. Mas, com certeza, durante a chuva, ela estava bem mais alta.

Enfim, enquanto passava por ali, tirei algumas fotos do parquinho e, claro, reflexos adoram poças d'água! E essa é a minha participação para o concurso desta semana!

This is my entry for HiveBR Photo Contest #30 - Reflection. The photos were taken in a square very close to where I live. I remember that it had rained a lot the night before, the kind that makes you feel scared for a few moments. But the next morning was beautiful and, fortunately, we survived.

As I passed through the square on my way to the gym, I saw some of the damage caused by the rain. One of the things that caught my eye was the playground.

It's a little lower than ground level and, on Sundays, it's full of children. However, after the rain, it turned into a lake or, if you're more creative, a mini water park. I think that by the time I passed by, the water had receded quite a bit, perhaps not even two feet deep. But it was certainly much higher during the rain.

Anyway, while I was passing by, I took some photos of the playground and, of course, reflections love puddles! And that's my entry for this week's competition!
