
Back again with you guessed it, another chicken salad! I've been loving this meal recently it always hits the spot and decently high in protein. Downside is cutting up all the chicken, I hate dealing with chicken breasts these days the meat quality always seems so awful, full of parts i'd much rather not consume so they get cut off and binned. Might have to swap to chicken thighs or legs, just a bigger quanity per meal. 😅




Well it's a complete dish, which is good... As for chicken, the breast is the best if you don't want much hassle but buy from some farmer or such, supermarket ones are shitty
