Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle Soup "Bún bò Huế"

I really enjoy trying new restaurants out and the different kinds of foods a place can offer. I've always passed by this Pho place called "Pho 37" and today I finally decided to give it a try out and see if these more soupy dishes are up my alley as I'm not the biggest fan of a ramen, I thought I would love ramen but every time I have tried a restaurants ramen it just hasn't tasted all too nice.

I did want to try pho I'm unsure if this is classified as pho or not but my dish was a bun bo hue, which is a vermicelli noodle dish topped with bean sprouts and slices of thin "spicy" beef. It wasn't spicy at all, but the broth was delicious and the noodles extremely filling, could always do with more meat pieces!
