Another Year Matured!

Hello friends! I hope you've all been well. It's currently my birthday today! I've had an enjoyable day I can't complain. But I have turned 31 and last year I was gifted one of my favourite gifts to ever receive! It was a wine bottled on my birth year.

So this wine is currently 31 years old and it looks beautiful still, no spoilage! I've done well keeping it safe for a year. 😂 I am contemplating opening it and repurchasing a different, higher-quality wine but also within my birth year.

Seems like fun things to collect and of course, always maturing with time too as long as no spoilage! I would hope if I do open the wine it would be a beautiful, deep flavourful wine and not a rancid bottle.
