Health is Wealth! Like the popular saying so definitely a bad state of wealth means abject poverty right?

This is quite a thoughtful topic because it has become our habits as human to be carefree as long as things are going well with us and we have no off feelings in our body system.
There is a limit to how we observe things that causes our body to react which is the worse case of all, not knowing what we are actually allergic to after taking it all because we are not quite mindful of our health.
Until we break down like a machine that has worked for years with no alternate machines to lift it's burden, we never realize the little hours we give ourselves to sleep all because we have some works to do and midnight is always the perfect time for it despite not having time to rest during the day.
I guess that's who we are cos a lower rate of people are actually the ones mindful of their health and do care for their body, not because they are sick already, of which I know I'm not among those set as well. So it becomes kind of skeptical for me to really answer this question.
I'm not someone who often fall sick and even if at all I was gonna feel anything then it won't surpass headache and that would go off after having enough rest or sometimes take paracetamol. Except if it's at the time I was meant to treat malaria and I think this is actually the main reason why I'm not really bothered since I know I don't frequently get sick except I'm stressed out and just needed to rest but that I haven't been able to have that rest.

However, one thing for sure that I know I do and based on records, it is good for our health and this has been part of me and turned a daily healthcare routine for me is drinking enough water everyday and having enough sleep.
The days that I don't do these two, I definitely would have a strange feeling in there in my body system so I deem it fit to ensure that I have enough intake of water and 8 hours sleep most times. The few days I don't have my 8 hours can be the days I have some very important things to do which causes me to sleep late.
So far, I'm thankful for my health not because I have really been the pioneer of it been a good health but because it has been good from the onset and with this I wish anyone with a health challenge a good and sound health, speedy recovery and the strength to be back to their feet.
