Caught a rainbow
Die letzten Tage hat es in Wien sehr oft geregnet und ich habe es geschafft einen Regenbogen zu fangen. Zumindest mit dem Smartphone.
Regenbogen entstehen durch die Brechung des Sonnenlichts an Wassertropfen. Man braucht also Wassertropfen und Licht, daher entstehen Rebenbogen meistens nachdem es geregnet hat und dann wieder etwas auflockert.
Habt ihr auch schon einen Regenbogen mit dem Smartphone eingefangen?

It has rained a lot in Vienna over the last few days and I managed to catch a rainbow. At least with my smartphone.
Rainbows are created by the refraction of sunlight on water droplets. So you need water droplets and light, which is why rainbows usually form after it has rained and then cleared up a bit.

I remember when i was a kid. I would be filled with joy whenever i see a rainbow.
One time I photographed a large rainbow. I have only seen such a beautiful rainbow once in many years.

I have never captured a rainbow on phone but I have seen them a few times. It tends to fail for me.
I am yet to actually take photos of rainbow even if I have seen quite a few, it's always a wonder to behold.
Hatte ich vor kurzem auch geschafft und vor paar Monaten sogar einen doppelten.
oh einen doppelten hab ich glaube ich noch nicht gesehen.
Ich erst auch nicht, wusste gar nicht das es möglich ist und dann auf mal noch zwei mal. Schon krass, da ist man schon paar Jahrzehnte aud dieser Erde und hat sowas nie gesehen und dann aber in kürzer Zeit hintereinander mehrmals.

Unless it's a common ferris wheel design in Austria, I was on that exact same wheel when I visited the country.
It's the Giant Ferris Wheel in Vienna, famous attraction here.

I love the foreground shot of the Ferris Wheel.
I think it would have been fun to ride it while the rainbow was visible.
Our area is both wet and sunny, so we get to enjoy rainbows across the valley below. They are beautiful sights to behold.
