Hoy les quiero compartir una receta de mi almuerzo de hoy, se trata de un hígado encebollado con pimentón que le da un sabor especial a este plato especial, es una manera de variar en nuestro sazón acostumbrado.
Today I want to share with you a recipe for my lunch today, it is a liver onion with paprika that gives a special flavor to this special dish, it is a way to vary our usual seasoning.
First, season the liver with vinegar, salt, pepper, adobo, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and turmeric.
Then, add the chopped onion and julienned paprika, and the garlic cloves, rest for 15 minutes to knead all the ingredients and mix the flavors.
In a frying pan add oil and fry the liver steaks without the onions and chili peppers.
Once the steaks were ready, I set them aside and proceeded to heat the onions and chili peppers in the same pan.
Then add the liver steaks to the stir-fry and leave it for 5 minutes.
Now to prepare the mashed potatoes, boil them, peel them, then mash them with a potato masher, add butter and hot liquid milk.
