Hello Foodies and Non Foodies Hivers, I think no one can survive without eating, even a small ant. So food is important for all of us, and getting some new dishes are amazing. I have brought momos recipe for you guys, I know it's not new for all of us, but a few it is. I gave momos to my granny and she said what is this uncooked dish š, we said it's cooked, granny did not like momos, but I am a MoMo lover.
MoMos were first prepared in Newari located in the Kathmandu valley, after that it was introduced to Tibet, China and all over world. Now we can find a momo lover easily.
Coming to the recipe and ingredients
INGREDIENTS
Fine chopped cabbage š„¬
Capsicum š«
Onions š§
Green chillies
Spring onion
Carrot š„
Ginger
Garlic š§
RECIPE
First prepare the dough: take 500 gm maida and put 3 table spoon of ghee and salt in it, and make the dough. Keep aside till our momo stuffing is ready.
MoMo Stuffing:
Chopp all the vegetables properly put everything in a big bowl
Take a kadhai and put 3 table spoon of ghee, one the ghee is heated properly put the chopped ginger and garlic, once it is lil brown put all the veggies slowly. (Tip: keep the flame high so that the veggies will not be watery)
Fry the veggies for 10 mins and then put the salt and corn starch in it (mix the corn starch in water)
Tip: corn starch will help in soaking the vegetables juice will come out after frying it
MoMos stuffing ir ready now, let make the red chutney
Now let's make the MoMo Partner š
Red chutney
It's very easy peasy, and yummy š, first boil the red chilli so that it will be soft. Tip: if you don't eat spicy, remove the boiled water from the chillies but if like spicy chutney you use that water for grinding.
Put the red chillies, garlic, and half chopped katcha mango, 3 table spoon of curd and salf as per the taste. Grind it properly.
Take a kadhai and fry the chutney, you can put little suger for more taste.
Finally let's make the MoMo, take the momo maker and make the MoMo using stuffing.
