Wie immer hat sich bei meiner LeoPower nichts getan, da ich alles erst mal sammel und dann beim Powerupday nutze. Ich hatte in Stardom investiert und daher noch nicht viele Leo zusammen, werde aber nun wieder anfangen Leo zu kaufen für den nächsten Powerupday, der ja auch schon in 2 1/2 Wochen ist.

Habe diese Woche leider nur knapp unter 10 Nexo dazu bekommen. Da ich aber noch paar Bestellungen die Tage durchführen werde, könnte es nächste Woche deutlich besser aussehen.

Fazit

Mit dem Zuwachs bei meiner Hivepower bin ich etwas unzufrieden, aber noch bewegt es sich im grünen Rahmen. Muss zusehen, dass ich in nächster Zeit wieder mehr Beiträge mit hive-coding schreibe.

heute keine grüne Matschepampe

Wer gestern meinen Beitrag gelesen hat, der weiß ja, dass es gestern grüne Matschepampe gab, weil ich leider eine Zutat vergessen hatte.

Da ich für heute Krustenbraten geplant hatte, dachte ich, kann ich die Gnocchi nochmal machen, passt doch auch zum Krustenbraten statt Gemüse.

Diesmal habe ich das Eigelb nicht vergessen und die Gnocchi sind echt gut geworden. Man muss nach dem Wasserbad aber vorsichtig diese rausfischen und am besten nochmal getrennt etwas abkühlen lassen, also nicht dicht an dicht, bevor man diese zu den Pinienkernen in die Pfanne gibt.

Der Krustenbraten ist mega lecker geworden. Habe diesmal zum Ende hin die Grillfunktion angemacht und die Kruste ist richtig knusprig geworden. So gut war es bisher noch nicht. Das werde ich beim nächsten Mal wieder so machen. Meine Frau war begeistert. Bin jetzt aber auch viel zu voll, da ich zu viel gegessen habe. Bin daher auch etwas träge und gehe wohl gleich auf die Couch, obwohl ich noch bisschen was machen wollte.

Dazu gab es eine Käsesahnesoße und Parmesan, bzw. sowas Ähnliches.

As usual, nothing happened with my LeoPower, because I collect everything first and then use it on Powerupday. I had invested in Stardom and therefore not yet many Leo together, but will now start buying Leo again for the next Powerupday, which is already in 2 1/2 weeks.

Unfortunately I only got less than 10 Nexo this week. But since I'm going to place a few more orders in the next few days, it could look a lot better next week.

Conclusion

no green mud today

Those who read my post yesterday will know that there was green mud pudding yesterday because I unfortunately forgot an ingredient.

Since I had planned to make roast crust today, I thought I could make the gnocchi again - it goes well with roast crust instead of vegetables.

This time I didn't forget the egg yolk and the gnocchi turned out really well. But you have to fish them out carefully after the water bath and let them cool down a bit separately, i.e. not close together, before adding them to the pine nuts in the pan.

The crust roast turned out mega tasty. I turned on the grill function towards the end this time and the crust turned out really crispy. It hasn't been this good before. I will make it like this again next time. My wife was thrilled. But I'm also much too full now because I've eaten too much. That's why I'm a bit lethargic and probably going straight to the couch, even though I wanted to do a bit more.
