New Nature's Hotpot Restaurant: Savoring the flavor that ignites my taste buds

Hello😊 Foodies Fam 🙂 I just wanna share one of the restaurant in Bacolod City, Philippines that serves delicious food. New Nature's Hotpot Restaurant is located in Narra St. Capitol Shopping Center. It serves Chinese and Asian cuisine. The serving is quite many with reasonable price, good for sharing with your family and friends. My mother treats us to lunch for her despedida. Let me tell you my favorite food at New Nature's Hotpot Restaurant.

Bird Nest Soup with quail egg is made from edible bird's nest after soaking the hydrated nest it is simmer in the water with other ingredients like rock sugar, flavorings and aromatic spices until it forms silky in texture. The health benefits you can get from Bird Nest Soup it can promote skin health, support your immune system and good for brain health.

I love this Sotanghon Guisado it is a noodles dish made from sotanghon, Chinese vermicelli or known as cellophane noodles with shredded chicken and assorted vegetables like carrots 🥕 cabbage, and baguio beans that makes it healthy. Top with minced fried garlic. The scent of fried garlic makes the aroma more appealing. I love the garlicy taste. If you want your sotanghon guisado to be zesty you can squeeze some golden lime into it.

I'm in love with this Fish Fillet. I love this dish at first bite. I don't know what kind of fish the fillet it's really soft and the filling is deliciously crunchy which match it perfectly with its savory and tangy sauce. So, far it is the best Fish Fillet I ever tasted in my whole life. I'm so in love with the sensation of it's taste.

I love this Beef with vegetables. It usually cook in high heat with little oil. Sirloin cut beef are stir-fried with vegetables simple but delicious dish. The combination of soy sauce and oyster sauce makes it palatable. I love the vegetables on it like the young corn 🌽 broccoli, cauliflower, string beans, chayote, and green leafy vegetables sprinkled with fried garlic the crunchy vegetables goes well with the tender beef. This dish is deliciously nutritious pack with vitamins and minerals.

My family and I are glad to take a hearty lunch at New Nature's hotpot Restaurant. It's a right place to go when your body craves for Chinese food. Indeed, it's an all time traditional Chinese comfort food restaurant.
