Today I am going to show you how to prepare jellof spaghetti. This special spaghetti recipe I created was inspired by my desire to fight hemorrhoids.it can serve as breakfast, launch or dinner due it's light nature and surplus nutrients present in it.
Ingredients
1 pack of golden penny spaghetti
Fresh tomatoes chopped
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon of dried pepper
4 knor cubes
1 teaspoon of salt
1 table spoon of dried blended crawfish.
Let's begin
I broke my pack of spaghetti into five,holding it as a bundle.put it into a pot, add water until it is one intch above the spaghetti.put it on the gas and allow to boil for eight minutes. At this time am aiming at the change in colour from gold to white.once it's white and tender, I poured it in a sieve in order to drain of the water.
Making my sauce
I put my dried frying Pan (or pot whichever is suitable for you) on the gas, pour in my groundnut oil followed by my salt and onion as stated in the ingredients above, then stare for two minutes, then I added my already chopped fresh tomatoes followed by the dried pepper, knor cubes and crawfish, stare and allow to boil for about four minutes. Now I'll pour in my spaghetti into the sauce and stare for complete mixture, I then covered my pot and allow it to heat for about two minutes and turned of the gas.
My spaghetti is ready to be served.

Hemorrhoids also known as piles are swollen veins in the lower part of the anus and rectum. In take of food/ fruits containing fibre can serve as home remedy/ treatment. Such as:
Pasta,apples, pears,corn and so on. But in today's recipe I used pasta,fresh tomatoes, onion and lots more. Fresh tomatoes contains potassium, vitamin B and which protects your cells from damage. Onion contains antioxidants which fights inflammation and reduce cholesterol level, pasta on the other hand is rich in fibre.
