In this post, we will discuss the prompt topic of the week, and I will share my post-entry as well. This topic is something I write from my own experience, just like what I shared in my previous post for last week's prompt.

Stress, as we all know, doesn’t come with joy or happiness; however, it comes with pain, which one must learn and know how to release this pain. In terms of how stress approaches us, it might come in several forms, including screaming, giving warnings or signs, etc. Stress can be a physical attack on your body or an overwhelming feeling or emotion. In this post, we shall discuss how one can respond to stress and also ways to manage it once you experience it.

Stress can show up in different ways, including the following: mood swings, feelings, tension headaches, muscle strain, worries, and self-doubt. We can manage stress through the following ways: First, by prioritizing your self-care no matter the condition. One needs to make time for activities that replenish and nourish their body, spirit, and mind always.

Another method of managing stress is by practicing mindfulness meditation. This is by having a focus on the present moment and forgoing the past or the future. You need to focus more on the present and what he has for you instead of spending so much time overthinking and worrying about what has left you or is yet to come, which can lead you into depression.

In addition, you need to have a supportive network around you always. This would help you to always have the support and encouragement at any point in time when you feel depressed or stressed.

Moreover, practicing relaxation techniques and having a good sleep are other best therapies to help reduce stress.

Thank you all for your time and attention in reading my post. I am looking forward to seeing you all in my subsequent posts.
