Title: MID-YEAR REFLECTION.

At the beginning of a new year, a lot of us set goals and plans. We imagine where we want to be by the middle of the year and what we want by the end of the year. Some include the things we want to let go of, something we want to start, a habit we want to build, and all of that. And we keep the belief that... "This year is my year."

But then, life can be funny at times. I can't speak for everyone. It might have gone the way you want it, and it might not. Who knows? You.

Maybe you've already achieved far more than you even imagined, or you've had to face unexpected challenges that have slowed you down or anything.

But then, this is half the year already. The perfect time to pause and reflect on how far you've come.

So, tell us about it. What has changed? Have you been able to achieve all/most of your goals? What are you proud of? Is there something you've started doing? Have you taken any risks? Or do you wish the year could restart all over again?
